Skeedo.com is not responsible for any content, goods and services offered through the Websites. Skeedo.com does not review or edit the data submitted to create the Websites and/or listings.

Skeedo.com reserves the right to remove any web site, web page and/or listing at any time at it's sole discretion. User agrees to use the Skeedo.com service in a professional manner to promote his/her services to the general public and/or legal profession.

If any information provided by user is untrue, misleading, inaccurate or in any other way offensive , Skeedo.com reserves the right to refuse any and all future use of the service by User.

Skeedo.com reserves the right to increase prices to existing services, with prior notification to customer.

Skeedo.com guarantees a server uptime of 99.5% per month. Should the server downtime be more than 0.5% of the time (3.6 hours) per month, your account will be credited on pro rated basis, provided that this amount would exceed $1.00.

ACCEPTABLE USE

USE OF THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT: ADULT SITES AND/OR PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL, COPYRIGHTED SOFTWARE, COPYRIGHTED MP3, AND ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. INTERNET RELAY CHAT IS NOT PERMITTED.

BACKGROUND PROCESSES OF ANY SORT ARE A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

USING FALSE INFORMATION OF ANY SORT DURING THE SIGNUP PROCESS IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNT WITH NO REFUND.

PAYMENT POLICIES

SKEEDO.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND USER ACCOUNT IF PAYMENT IS FIVE(5) DAYS OR MORE LATE FROM SPECIFIED BILLING DATE. SKEEDO.COM RERSERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS AFTER 30 DAYS OF NON PAYMENT. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED BY SKEEDO.COM ARE PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD OR CHECKING ACCOUNT DEBIT THROUGH BILLPOINT.COM, OR POSTAL MAIL MONEY ORDER.

SKEEDO.COM PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH SUCH WEBSITES.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED OR ARISING FROM USERS' SERVICE PROVIDED BY SKEEDO.COM, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

USER AGREES THAT SKEEDO.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SKEEDO.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

INDEMNIFICATION

USER FURTHER AGREES THAT SKEEDO.COM SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM, THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT.

PRIVACY

SKEEDO.COM GUARANTEES USER PRIVACY. SKEEDO.COM WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE UNLESS REQUIRED TO DO SO BY A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL.

The laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall be the choice of law for any issue arising out of this contract.
